Programmer Analyst

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Software Development sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Programmer Analyst to join a leading international IT development company.

£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Medical & Dental Insurance + 7.5% Employer Pension Contribution + Life & Travel Insurance + Gym & Travel Subsidies + Other Great Benefits

Hybrid working: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office (inc. Tuesday & Wednesday)

38.5 hours per week: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Programmer Analyst’s Core Duties

• Deliver leading technical and analytical support for software applications
• Develop software applications and databases
• Provide project requirements in programming sequence for development
• Manage projects from start to finish, working with relevant managers and team members
• Conduct tests to identify programme operations
• Support team members as necessary
• Prepare accurate user documentation, programming guidelines and policies
• Use Azure DevOps to oversee software development process
• Provide training to users as required
• Keep up to date with technical knowledge

Programmer Analyst’s Skills Required

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Solid C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, TypeScript, and HTML experience
• 2 years’.Net Framework programming experience
• 2 years’ experience with AngularJS and/or React (front end development)
• Knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne data structure (desirable)
• Good communications skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle priorities
